Our conviction
Throw new employees in at the deep end? Not here! We take our time for your start at T.CON. The motto for your first week is "make yourself a home ". We will help you to overcome your first uncertainties and to get connected right away. In addition, we will provide you with a mentor for the entire orientation period, who will introduce you to the teams, inform you about customers and projects, and answer your individual questions. And we will stay committed to your personal progress. That´s why we invest internal training courses, in which our experienced colleagues pass on their knowledge and in external trainings, so you can stay up to date about the latest trends. We have a large network of experienced trainers and work closely with colleges and universities. In a joint discussion with you and your People Developer, we plan personal development programs that include at least five days of training per year. Many of those trainings are also available to our interns.

Our equipment
The beeping of fax machines is your favorite tune? Then maybe T.CON isn't the best place for you. We equip our colleagues with the latest gear since it´s frustrating when your computer or a mobile device can't keep up with your speed. And we provide you with everything you need, from cell phones and laptops to the best means of transportation. Are you regularly on the road to visit customers? Then maybe a company car is the right thing for you. At T.CON you can configure the model of your choice and also use it for private purposes.

Our working environment
Working straight through the day is possible, but in the long run neither healthy nor particularly efficient. That's why we offer you a variety of opportunities to clear your head in between: From "e"-sports” (Mario Kart) to "table-sports” (foosball) to "sport"-sports (in our own gym). And of course, you can also just relax with a coffee, tea, water or some fruits in one of our modern kitchens, on the couch and on the roof top terrace. The catering is on us. Our Flexoffice desks are height-adjustable, and we offer table groups to work on projects and small meeting rooms for focus time.
