T.CON GmbH & Co. KG has certified expertise when it comes to developing cloud-based solutions for SMEs. This is proven not only by the numerous projects based on SAP’s cloud technology that the T.CON experts have been involved in at different enterprises, but also the successful tools T.CON has itself developed for the SAP platform. SAP SE has recognized T.CON’s cloud competencies by including the SAP Gold Partner in the “SAP Cloud Focus Partner Program” and awarding T.CON the status of “SAP Cloud Focus Partner”.
T.CON was awarded the certification as part of the “MEE Cloud Focus Partner Initiative” running this year. “Cloud-based products are often a good basis for rapid, flexible development of innovative solutions that our customers can benefit from,” says Thomas Blöchl, COO of T.CON. Some customers are already making use of cloud-based SAP solutions – SAP Analytics Cloud for analyzing data, SAP’s HR software SuccessFactors, and other software that T.CON itself has developed based on the SAP Business Technology Platform.
In fact, T.CON is focusing more and more on developing its own solutions to customer problems, using the SAP Business Technology Platform as a basis. One example is its WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT software, a smart planning tool to help schedule staffing in manufacturing enterprises, where machine utilization can often vary based on shift models.
Another of T.CON’s cloud applications is ENTERPRISE LOGBOOK. This digital shift log avoids information loss in the production environment, facilitates rapid shift handover and supports machine operators by guiding them through production processes.
T.CON’s customers benefit from the certification, which guarantees that T.CON has high quality standards and comprehensive expertise in implementing SAP cloud solutions. Only a select few SAP partners are invited to join the expert circle of SAP Cloud Focus Partners, and there are high standards to meet. All the partners must have proven expertise with cloud solutions and a strategic focus on introducing cloud-based SAP solutions.
“The cloud is an elementary component of our strategy at T.CON,” says Thomas Blöchl. “In the future, we will be investing even further in developing our in-house cloud expertise, so that our customers can benefit even more quickly from future updates and new features. We are also putting a lot of energy into driving forward the development of our own cloud-based products.”
