As an SAP Gold Partner, T.CON sees the SAP SE certification as recognition of its unique expertise when it comes to providing customers with secure systems and high availability.
However, these certificates aren’t just about providing assurance to other companies.
As a newly approved SAP Certified Provider for SAP S/4HANA Solutions Operations, T.CON can now testify that its superb all-round support is also available for end users. This new certification complements T.CON’s credentials for technical operation of SAP solutions, which the company has already held for some years.
“We are proud of the fact that, by awarding this certification, SAP SE recognizes the excellent maturity of our managed services”, says Markus Weber, Head of T.CON’s Managed Services Business Unit. “This level of maturity is highly unusual for a small enterprise like us. We are among a very select few companies in Germany that are able to offer such a broad range of SAP systems support services.”
Until now, T.CON and its data center partner HARTL GROUP mainly focused on certifying their technical expertise for SAP solutions through audits of their technical operations.
And this technical expertise is not one whit less. T.CON has once again been recognized as an SAP Certified Provider for Hosting Services, SAP Certified Provider for Cloud and Infrastructure Operations and SAP Certified Provider for SAP HANA Operations.
“Our new SAP SuccessFactors Solutions and SAP S/4HANA certifications testify that we can also take responsibility for operating these applications and provide full user support”, explains Markus Weber. “We pride ourselves on being able to offer our customers a full range of SAP services from a single source. It is a natural consequence of this strategy that we are steadily continuing to deepen our technical expertise and understanding of these two topics.”
The new certification assures T.CON’s customers that T.CON experts will continue to go beyond maintaining their solutions to the highest security standards: they always use the best available tools to ensure systems are optimally structured to match the planned use and guarantee maximum reliability (e.g. SAP Focused Run, SAP Landscape Management). End users working with the SAP tools can also be confident they’ll get high quality support from T.CON – as attested by the new certification.
T.CON’s user support can boast a couple of USPs: for example, the support team is located exclusively in Germany; plus the company has a unique understanding of processes in the manufacturing industry (e.g. the mill industry, packaging, plastics, automotive producers, etc.). “We benefit from giving our support team permanent access to the consultants and developers on our SAP projects: exactly the same experts who developed the solutions that we manage”, says Markus Weber.
