Zanders commissions T.CON with SAP Carve Out

Zanders GmbH in Bergisch Gladbach, Germany, an internationally well-known manufacturer of high-quality, innovative papers and cartons for packaging, digital printing, graphics and labels, has since May of 2015 been standing on its own feet once again. Due to the sale of the traditional site to Mutares AG (see press information at: "http://www.mutares.de/mutares-schliesst-die-uebernahme-von-metsae-board-zanders-erfolgreich-ab/de/") of the Metsä Board Group, the IT infrastructure must be extracted from the former corporate structures as quickly as possible. The ambitious schedule for this necessitated the prioritizing of two criteria. A Carve Out partner with extensive SAP ERP experience had to be found. This partner had to be in a position to confidently implement any required data-transfer and customization tasks together with the previous owner of Metsä Board. Likewise, a system supplier with extensive experience in the standard processes of the paper industry had to be found. Thanks to T.CON's long-standing excellent reputation in this area and having repeatedly proven its reliable handling of time-sensitive projects, the new decision makers placed their trust in the Bavarian SAP reseller for the Carve Out project.
