All questions, comments or complaints about the competition should be sent toTAC Insights Ltd. by email.
Participation in the competition is subject to the conditions described below. By participating in the competition, the participant explicitly accepts these conditions.
TAC Insights Ltd. reserves the right to interrupt or terminate the competition at any time.
The technical implementation of the competition is being managed by T.CON GmbH & Co. KG, Straubinger Strasse 2, 94447 Plattling.
The competition will be running for the duration of the International SAP Conference, June 19–20 2024 The competition closes at 2 pm on 20 June 2024.
Participants must be at least 18 years old to be eligible to enter. Employees of T.CON GmbH & Co. KG, t.serv AG and TAC Insights Ltd. are excluded from entering.
A participant enters the competition when he solves the T.CON memory game in the “T.CON Raffle” section of the event app “attendee app”. The participant must confirm in the conference app that they wish to participate in the prize draw for a an instant prize (Chocolate, coffee mug, pizza cutter, charging cables). Every participant’s response (tick in the box) will be recorded as such. Every participant with an completed entry is informed to pick up the instant win at the T.CON booth and has the chance to participate in the additional draw of the main prizes. The main prizes are among any completed entries who submit a paper plane at the T.CON booth containing surname and last name. Any entry can be withdrawn up until the time the competition closes by deleting the participant’s name from the competition area in the conference portal. No purchase of goods or services from TAC Insights Ltd. and/or T.CON is necessary to enter. Purchasing goods or services from T.CON and/or TAC Insights Ltd. will not increase the chances of winning.
The winners will be notified of their win by a private message in the event app “attendee app”.
Posts relating to a competition entry may not include any offensive content or false information, or infringe competitive law, trademark claims or copyright claims.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-transferable, and no cash equivalent will be offered (for non-cash prizes).
Participants enter the draw by fulfilling the competition entry conditions. Participants may only enter the draw once per competition. The winners will be drawn from among all eligible participants. The date for determining eligibility and for the prize draw itself is June 20, 2024 at 2pm.
Winners will be notified by a message in the event app “attendee app”. If a winner fails to make contact to claim their prize within seven days of receiving notification of their win, the win will expire and a new winner will be chosen. Arrangements for collection of prizes will be agreed subsequently with the winners directly.

In order for you to participate in the competition, we need to process your personal data (surname, first name, email address, postal address, job title, company, telephone number). This data will be recorded at the conference by T.CON using the conference app’s lead scanningtool on the conference pass to access data from the TAC Insights Ltd. conference portal (certain data will be requested directly from the winners) or collected by the means of a paper form, and processed for the purposes of holding the competition and sending prizes.
Your personal data will only be processed by the controller for the purposes stated, in accordance with Art.6 (1) (b) of the GDPR. This includes checking the conditions of entry. After the competition ends, your personal data will be destroyed in accordance with data protection regulations. We will store only the winner’s data for ten years, in accordance with the retainment periods specified by German fiscal law (Art. 147 of the German Tax Code, Art. 257 of the German Commercial Code). Furthermore, your data will only be processed if you have given consent or on the basis of a legitimate interest as per Art.6 (1)(f) of the GDPR. Data about the winners will be disclosed in accordance with a legitimate interest in good public relations.
Participants’ personal data will not be transferred or disclosed to third parties for their use without consent.
You are not legally or contractually obliged to disclose your personal data to us before conclusion of the contract.
You can find more information about how T.CON GmbH & Co. KG processes your data and your rights in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (in particular, your right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority) in our data protection declaration.
Participants who violate these conditions of participation or attempt to manipulate the draw may be excluded from participating in the competition. If participants are found to have violated these conditions, prizes may be retrospectively withdrawn and/or the return of already-issued prizes requested.
TAC Insights Ltd. hasthe right to interrupt or terminate the competition if:
The verdict is final with no right to legal appeal. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies exclusively. If any one of these conditions of participation is or becomes invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the other conditions of participation. These conditions of participation can be changed by TAC Insights Ltd. at any time without additional notice.
